Boris Cherny：如何建構 Claude Code
Claude Code 的創造者 Boris Cherny 在播客分享了幾個顛覆認知的觀察：
- 他每天用 5 個平行 Claude 實例發 20-30 個 PR，先用 plan mode 反覆調整，讓 Claude 一次性實作
- Claude Code 用的是 glob 和 grep，打敗了 RAG 和向量資料庫——簡單暴力最有效
- PRD 已死：Claude Code 團隊不寫需求文件，直接大量原型
- Claude Cowork 10 天做出來，主要工程量在安全性（分類器、VM 隔離、OS 防護）
- 工程師是現代「抄寫員」？印刷術後抄寫員變成作家，書寫市場爆炸增長
Anthropic 文化： 所有人頭銜都是「Member of Technical Staff」——沒有 PM、Designer、EM。這是快速迭代的關鍵。
Cline 供應鏈攻擊：一個 Issue 標題感染 4,000 台電腦
本週最令人不安的安全事件：Cline 的生產版本被攻擊者透過一個 Issue 標題滲透。
攻擊鏈：
- 攻擊者在 Cline GitHub repo 開了一個 Issue，標題裡藏了 Prompt Injection
- Cline 的 AI Issue 分類器執行了 Bash 命令
- 被注入的指令讓 Claude 安裝了惡意 npm 套件
- 惡意套件塞了 11GB 垃圾到 GitHub Actions Cache
- 快取超過 10GB 自動清除——攻擊者用毒化快取取代了 node_modules
- Cline 的夜間發布 workflow 共享同一個 cache key，載入毒化快取
- 攻擊者拿到了 NPM 發布的 secret，發布了 cline@2.3.0（後來撤回）
教訓：AI 驅動的 Issue 分類器不能有 shell 執行權限，GitHub Actions cache key 不應跨 workflow 共享。
多 Agent 工作流的失敗模式
GitHub Blog 和 Latent Space 本週都聚焦在 multi-agent 系統的可靠性問題：
- 多數失敗來自缺少結構，不是模型能力不足
- 三個關鍵工程模式：明確定義 Agent 邊界、確定性護欄（測試/型別檢查）、BDD spec 作為主要輸出
- IBM 和 UC Berkeley 的研究：企業 Agent 失敗的診斷框架（IT-Bench 和 MAST）
EquipmentShare 成功上市
